  4.  @fresmontana9214  he was in court with a older court order that predated the new one. and the new one didn't address the first one first, if the judge ordered him deported and didn't over rule the first order then that judge didn't follow any rules of law.

  5.  @fresmontana9214  well that order ALLOWED him to stay until THAT court ruled over his immigration, the second one didn't allow it to finish, which order do you follow? the one that has first dibs. the second one stopped his due process, so that is illegal, see the problem. a court order that denies him due process, isn't due process.
