  47.  @davva360  you are either BSing me , because if you do own property you really dont understand. your tax bill dont make what your home is worth. what home is worth is how they figure you taxes. and when you get permits for new bathrooms or kitchens your house is worth more, but the country knows you done this and increases your home value and that increases your taxes. so for education, if Zillow thinks its worth 250K so does the county, and give them a year or two to catch up. by the way if you sold it for 250K. then the new owners pays taxes for 250K, and thats recorded as the new value. and for sir. if you make 175K selling your home for the new price, guess what if you dont put all that money in another home. you have to pay capitol gain taxes on that profit. and its flat rate at 34% tax rate. seems i just gave some education.
