  8.  @m6a1u57 yes and that time was know as covid. when even the oil companies knew they wouldn't be able to sell as much as they was producing. so they cut production. and what happened when they started driving again. production plants was caught short. and prices jumped as demand jumped, until the plants was back up to speed. seems simple when someone isnt trying to get "likes" views or votes. and just state the facts.
