thanks the county will be right over. expect your taxes to go up about 4 times. and by the way how old is that value? when you bought it about 8 years ago. minus to 3 years for covid, and the increase in the last years. so 5 out of 8 years they didnt update it. by the way did you spend millions updating and remodeling? trump did. and took it all off on taxes. trump price hasn't change in 30 years, with all the improvements.

well since last week the judge rules on the case, saying he frauded the state. the case right now isn't about guilt, its about the amount he owes. that how they determined hes guilty. the judge already said so.

@davva360 you are either BSing me , because if you do own property you really dont understand. your tax bill dont make what your home is worth. what home is worth is how they figure you taxes. and when you get permits for new bathrooms or kitchens your house is worth more, but the country knows you done this and increases your home value and that increases your taxes. so for education, if Zillow thinks its worth 250K so does the county, and give them a year or two to catch up. by the way if you sold it for 250K. then the new owners pays taxes for 250K, and thats recorded as the new value. and for sir. if you make 175K selling your home for the new price, guess what if you dont put all that money in another home. you have to pay capitol gain taxes on that profit. and its flat rate at 34% tax rate. seems i just gave some education.

@scottberry5266 are you in for a shock. your taxes was based on last year owner price. not this years selling price. that will be next years bill. so if you budget for half of your taxes you might be in for a shock. see i do know more than you after all. it might even a few more years for it to go up to be raised to 490,000 for taxes. seems as a first time home buyer need not educate me. i bet you haven't read what they take for your taxes each month in your payments, might want to look.

@scottberry5266 so it worth 70M. still short of what trump is saying. and why so low of a price. its a historic landmark. so things like selling if off in lots. that trump said makes it worth so much more. cant be done, and as a decrease in price. it 100 years old, on the beach, and has to kept up as a historic landmark. these facts an the high cot of maintance reduces the market price. so we back at 35M. not the 750M he uses to borrow on it.

@scottberry5266 the last 3 years hasn't caught up to the tax man. so i will be laughing one day thinking you just got the new tax bill. but i bet the tax price when last checked by the county was the asking price. and really his home is a historic landmark. and all the trouble that goes with it. like its being on the coast and being 100 years old. and all the restrictions that comes with a historic landmark. so that really hurts the price. why does it matter, he broke banking laws when he gave a price it wasn't worth in order to borrow from the bank.

@williammunn1680 unless like all trump properties, he went to court to say they was worth less to get them lowered. so use his own court cases against him. and would trump give the appraiser 50K a year? if it saved him millions? he gave a porn star 140K to win the election.

well trump never gave official value to ANYONE, so the only OFFICAL value was made by the county appraiser, by the way why you think a certified residential appraiser could do a business?

@jaymcdude1291 home owner for 30 years, parents where home owners, grand parents were home owners, so yes i do. and no one in the family ever went 30 years without their taxes going up. and for renovations. if you get the proper permits so does the county know about your improvements. to use for raising your taxes.
