if they pour what they got left on the fire. what are they gonna drink this year. you know California only got less than 2 inches of rain between may and December last year.

@BrettVarve so them only getting less than 2 inches between may and December wasn't involved. worse yet they dont much more even in a good year. seems as they have to policies on every drop of water. like not using up their reserves to fight fires and then have nothing to drink.

@BrettVarve cal dont control the rain. funny if you stop and think about it. they have to manage what little bit they do get. and if its not enough to go around some people will be upset. hey look its just another year in cal but trump finally telling people. masking some people who dont understand confused and mad.
