is he??? wasnt the judge in charge of the deputy and the court room where it happened. and who should be sued? the judge or the sheriff. you will never win against a judge, and the judge will make sure. so the sheriff was set up to cover up for the judge. i guess the judge thought it was funny the sheriff taking the fall and couldnt do anything about it. so if the sheriff was going to lose everything because of the judge. he decided to make a real reason for it.

@Noneyun IS he? the judge has him as a court servant, watching over him all day and guiding his every move on the court. think like this. i hire you a maid in your home. am i responsible for his daily routine if you tell him what to do all day?
