  3. the system is abused. teenage girls do or want to have a baby for the check and some fake respect. but once kids reach the streets mothering is over, since mom is locked in on a check until they hit 18 or their little girl moves out with her own baby, mom knows the son will go to jail, since she has nothing to offer and hopes the girl drops the grand babies off so she can get a new check, some countries offer less after the first child, but here the way people are the kids would just suffer more,
