  2. right... Meditation is POWERFUL medicine. your mind is a whirlwind of a legions of ideas, many of which you're not totally aware of. Meditation, when done correctly, slows the whirlwind down and some of those bigger ideas start floating up to the top. some of these ideas are AWFUL and can really difficult to deal with. You could end up in the dark night of the soul, for real.
