@joesterling4299 it's a once every 100 years event.

Yeah... Chaotic Neutral characters acting in predictable ways.

Trolls
5
We missed a Carrington event by 6 days...
4
@Krysnha not nigh impossible, Hare. It's somewhere between a 0.5% to 1.9% chance of a CME hitting earth in the next ten years. Not very likely, but not impossible.
3
10:30 Not going to work. We're automating the qualia of touching grass.
2
Kyle has Asbergers... D & D requires interacting with people.
2
@Krysnha you, good sir, are a scholar and gentleman. It's a crazy world, indeed, and the more we learn about this universe, we are likely to learn of the many dangerous things. I won't tell you to not be afraid, mostly because I am scared too. But that's where courage and bravery comes in, the ability to live your life despite what dangers may come. I think you have the courage to learn, you will also have the bravery to live a great life.
2
No. They rule the planet.

In the arms of an angel
1
Yeah seriously
1
@kylehill I triple dog dare you to go on a real debate in the CO2 causes catastrophic warming. This must be in good faith, no damn strawman fallacies. No name calling, no appeal to retarded authorities. Evidence you present should not be "adjusted" and not include arbitrary historical cutoffs. You're also not allowed to use data that has been spliced among all the different proxies. You must define extreme weather event and provide data to show that extreme weather events are increasing globally. Mkay.

We all learned about the demon core in undergraduate nuclear physics.
1
Nuclear past is blue, dude.
1
Oh. Is Kyle one of those people who believe in earth over population?
1
Um... No. I think I found my way here because I was curious about it.
1
The Hulk was effed up, man.
1
No, its not unsolvable. There are valid numerical techniques that are actually very deterministic... You could probably Python a solution for the next seven thousand years over night
1
why pick on Alex Jones? ClimateGate was a huge red flag for climate science. Scientific dishonesty is a real thing. The climate scientists that disagree with NOAA, NASA, and IPCC are many.
1
Molten salt reactors leak a wee bit of tritium from some side reactions... Don't use them to drive a steam turbine, rather run one of those super efficient super critical co2 turbines...
1
It's because it's the first one.
1
My vote goes to whatever black holes are made of
1
Sounds like an SCP.
1
Oh, so you have never played D and D.... So you make fun of it...
1
Dude.... This is a pretty bad software error, but there was also the patriot defence system with a floating rounding error..
1
Getting energy out of neutrons sucks.
1
@filonin2 there's THE UN.
1
Untrue. You take energy out of the wind, affecting gas transport from nearby areas. This causes droughts and warmth as water and cooling winds can't move effectively. You're causing climate change significantly down wind if your eyesore
1
O'Neil Cylinders. We use all that iron and carbon to make oniel cylinders so humans have lots of great places to live.
1
The way it works now... Its less expensive in the long term, but short term... Its crazy expensive.
1
Dude... All software is broken, you just gotta find what software is broken the least...
1
Finals week?
1
Industrial Revolution coinsided with generalized disdain for human slavery in the first world countries. New energy sources do make us better.
1
They are trolling you.
1
The fusion releases more nuetrons that cause more fision in the fission fuel...

I am ready! 6 months of food, a pile of silver coins, bow and arrow, I have backups of all my data in a faraday cage, even a few single board computers in there too, along with some ham communicators... Thinking a few solar cells needs to go in there too.
