  1. I think my bullet proof coffee has about 500 calories. I would consider it great for keto, but not for an autophagy fast. It's really good to use to prime the metabolism for fat burning. A cup or two a day in the morning right after a morning run, all the cells have no choice but to utilize fats for energy or command the liver to synthesize whatever sugars your brain needs

  2. Uh... No. That's not how it works. First of all, you're not a bomb calorimeter. You're a human body that would need to process all that protein into sugars first. Maybe glutamine might have a limited direct metabolic path, but the vast majority are going to get used for repair.
