  1.  @drkarenswrld  then change the curriculum. You're the expert, you could grow some confidence and stand up for what you think is correct way to teach so the young people LEARN something. You could have an after school history club, offer extra credit essays about the Federalist Papers or have one of the students do a presentation on Ben Franklin's sordid love affairs when he wasn't a diplomat, a scientist, or a civic leader. And remember, it's NEVER a lack of RESOURCES, it's always a lack of RESOURCE FULLNESS.

I sentence AOC to write no less than ten essays on communism, capitalism, constitutional republics, the GULAG archipelago, etc. These will be graded by Jordan Peterson in a public forum.

  10. Brie, Florida was correct to not have the AP African American Studies, it's a dumb idea for a class. The curriculum includes a lot of divisive and racist content. It's really not cool. Your statement "Florida banned African American studies" is woefully inaccurate, as anyone could get a curriculum on that and study on their own dime, just not from a tax-payer funded school. Private school could probably host the class, but I really don't think you want a Christian American Studies AP course. How about a an Asian American Studies course?

  13. I really don't think Bri's parents were the target of racial discrimination. Redlining was made illegal in the Fair Housing Act of 1968, Brianna's parents probably got married sometime in the 80s or so. If they had a real discrimination case, her parents could have sued, that they did not is their fault.

  18. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning are two entirely different things. She doesn't know what she is talking about. Think of it this way... You can have an intelligence that doesn't learn anything new, sorta like an old dog. That old dog might be super intelligent, but won't learn any new tricks. Then take a teenager, dumb as a box of rocks, but might learn a whole ton of stuff if they pay attention.

  46.  @xq8152  I hire firmware engineers occasionally. Best one I hired went to school for creative writing, originally. He went back for computer science and really excelled. I barely touched a computer in college, I went for physics and math. It somewhat matters, but for GenZ it's certainly a scam.
