The current democratic administration is doing their best to inflame any trump supporter by calling them white supremacists and paint them as terrorists. They are trying to dehumanize their political adversaries and people are suggesting drone strikes against law abiding American citizens. If this goes unchecked, people get their rights trampled.

  17. Hang on there, Captain Jeremy. What we believe about climate change is irrelevant. Its what the data indicates that matters. There is no evidence of any catastrophic effect from the slight warming of the troposphere (~1.1 K) that has occured since the beginning of the industrial age. Furthermore, there is little evidence that implicates anthropogenic CO2 as the cause of the minor warming trend. CO2 is a necessary trace gas in our atmosphere that is used by autotrophs in that are the base of nearly all terrestrial biomes. We also believe that a warming trend could have a positive effect rather than spell doom for the ecosystems, as observed during historical warm spells during the pax romana and medieval warm period.

  48. Yeah. She's toxic, but she is suffering too. It's quite a lot of unskillful thinking. It's really easy to start with a small gripe and work up to criticizing everything. It's also some coping mechanism for depression; getting angry is a way to feel better than hopeless or lonely.
