Seeing as he lied twice, given a chance to recant, two concurrent maximum sentences would be reasonable. Now... There WAS a federal ban on GOF research at the time. We need to review those laws and see if those laws were violated. I am not sure if these laws cover funding research or performing it, though Fauci claims to be a scientist aware of the research and supporting with a grant an argument could be made that he is helping the research that was banned. So... He broke those laws too.

  35. Having a good culture is a privilege and a blessing. I had a mom and a dad, a solid religious practice, typical cultural traditions. I have a learning disability, but made up for that flaw through a fantastic education, sheer stubborn resolve and loads stupid. I have a great career ended up in firmware engineering. Sure, i am privileged, but it all came from my mom, dad, siblings and community that encouraged honest hard work. Yes, they were all white, except my wife.
