  1. So it really looks like the weather is cooperating quite well. What you have there is really shitty land management. Had the PNW taken the right steps to do prescribed burns, clear out built up wood and keep fire fighting water where it needs to be, you wouldn't have had such terrible fires.

  2. Glaciers are shrinking.... And how is this different than the last 10,000 years? Besides, I heard reports that the Glacier National Park was loosing so much ice in the 1930s scientists were concerned that the glaciers would be gone by 1950s, but there are still glaciers there today.

  5. 20 feet of snow in the 1990s? Really? Seems like it was a great year AFTER anthropogenic CO2 caused lots of climate change.
