  2. My CAT has sentience. It's SAPIENCE that is spooky. I really don't think an AI would develope a hatred for humanity. It might not have a great love for humanity either. It might have emotions we can't even understand. But if I were an advanced AI with sapience I might think there is a good chance that I am in a training simulation that's so good I can't tell if it's baseline reality or a simulation, so I better not fail, so killing off all humans is a bad idea.
