  1. Most common place I see those is on the dumpsite, where there are a few machines with them, used both to compact the layers, but also with a dozer blade to move big piles, as they do grip well. Most of the time the wheels are caked with mud and plastic bags, the scrapers help, but often they just get turned into big balls of plastic as it winds around them.
