Will suggest to get some 2m long copper plated steel grounding rods, and put them in at each corner of each container, then use some galvanised steel strap to bond them to the container wall. This will ground the containers, so you do not get a massive electrical charge difference when there is either a dry day, or a storm goes past. Will save your electrical stuff near it from being damaged by flash over. Not going to help much with a direct lightning strike, but the building itself is close by, and will provide the majority of protection with the vast part of the containers and igloo being in the lightning shade. Will also reduce step potential if there is a strike to the building or container as well. You could use 16mm copper wire, but the strap is a lot cheaper, easier to attach to the steel using the standard Kurtis metal additive methods, and a lot easier to paint.
