Easy, the doctors have outsourced the patient booking to a call centre. Tell the doc when you see them, not the call centre, that this is going to be very bad for the doctors reputation, and refer them to this video.

Just replace the fart spray with methyl mercaptan spray, 0.01%. Will never ever leave that room furnishing, and will smell essentially forever. for fun mix with some of the dye used in money tampers, which sticks to skin really well.
