The Russians call Ukrainians Nazis because since the Maidan they've increasingly adopted symbolism associated with Stepan Bandera's Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists: examples being the now-familiar "Glory to Ukraine! Glory to the Heroes" call-and-response, and the Ukrainian military's adoption of the OUN anthem "We were born in a great hour". What they overlook is that while Bandera collaborated with the Nazis until the Nazis double-crossed him, so did Stalin. And Stalin (leading a powerful state instead of a relatively powerless insurgent movement) had rather less excuse to do so.

@SebastianHaban The Republic of China only gained control of Taiwan after WWII, because Taiwan was already in Japanese hands (it had been taken in 1895) when the Republic of China was founded in 1912.

@olslobodyan IIRC the OUN did collaborate with the Nazis (and with Weimar Germany before that) because they saw the Germans as potential allies against the Soviet and Polish occupiers of Ukraine. AIUI the OUN first started having misgivings about the Germans in 1939 (after they saw Germany throw Carpatho-Ukraine to the Hungarian wolves), and were well and truly stabbed in the back after they declared Ukrainian independence on 30 June 1941, and both Bandera and Melnyk ended up in Sachsenhausen concentration camp (although some of the Melnykites especially did continue to collaborate with the Nazis: probably why Melnyk is less popular than Bandera in contemporary Ukraine).

@Old_Machine_Spirit Although it was under Neville Chamberlain that the UK declared war on Nazi Germany the following year: he was trying to play Europe's two evil empires off against each other until the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact made it impossible.
