it's pattern recognition. if you have worked with plenty of people, you'll find some people that work poorly, some that work well and some that work exceptionally well. exceptional workers recognize exceptional workers. that is how, now the 'where' - to find those people depends on many factors, such as the language you speak, where you are located and where exceptional beings, in the subset of places you have access to, tend to be. sometimes it's the people no one imagines anything of, who do the things that no one can imagine. to find an exceptional unknown individual, that is the right person to work with, takes being one in the first place. you have to have been or is one to spot another. that is the how and the where answer in my opinion. if you have good pattern recognition skills, you'll spot such individuals almost instantly.

Lex had a point, if he didn't "play dirty" more people would like him. The thing is, he more or less understands politics or is a naive consequence of his actions. The more batshit insane he is, or seems to be, the more psychological operations support he'll get from foreign nations looking to dwarf the United States of America. I also think its about positive reinforcement, he has many speeches in many states, and he probably witnessed more cheering when he was more vulgar, more egotistical and more controversial for some reason. Maybe it is a small minority that will loose their shit over this sort of stuff, but I suppose, for those with such views, a normal speech might sound boring, might sound like virtue projecting or fake, if someone tries to say normal and inspiring things. I hate it as much as the next person with two neurons synapses still working, but if I had to guess why he isn't reasonable, its because such things didn't work for other republican candidates in the past.. foreign psyops go against them, people get bored and it doesn't cause a "fuzz", leaving the political evolutionary algorithm open for another candidate to take the spot

non sense, he can't legalize drugs by himself, he can't stop drugs from being fabricated, smuggled and distributed. the only way to end the war on drugs is to legalize everything, provide clinics for every type of hardcore drug - even than, stopping foreign adversary nations pouring in fentanyl and research drugs in the homelessness and addicted camps is a difficult task that most don't understand how challenging it truly is to stop without mass surveillance. We have to consider that lobbying is legal, there is a lot of money that would fight back any measure to bleed out the war on drugs, as it would stop a significant stream of cash. Not only that, with a bothersome nation deficit and in debit, it would be difficult to get such clinics a wide availability across the country without operational and supply chain constrains and difficulties. It would require a significant effort from intelligence agencies, which in my opinion move too slow to fix a problem with this type of complexity.
