@Josh-q1l3r I think so too, I'd imagine he might even work for the cyber division where English is needed to either code or to scam someone online (such as pretending to be a software developer to hack a company and transform it into crypto, or making a too good to be true interview to hack them in the process and backdoor the company they are currently working at, among other ventures they deploy on the west). The part about peace could also been because the guide was there and could've told him, but it is a little weird they didn't salute to the dictator's name. It could also be that everyone wants peace like you said. Mr Kim was probably briefed that tourists would be there. To be eating out like that when tourists are around probably means he had some intel on them. Notice how the intel guy claps to get mike's attention and then there is the quiet one, which is probably the soldier and physical security security. So my take is that the trio composition was cyber (mr kim), intel (skinny guy) and a soldier (quiet big guy). But idk. who knows.
