  2.  @HealthyDev  same here, I had real good leadership for a about a decade in 2 different places, than once in the third place I was let go within a few months because it was a very political and dishonest environment with terrible leadership.. it was that "don't ever say anything is wrong" environment.. the devs that were ther for over a year figured out that the game was to shut the fuck up and do what you are told.. the place had rotating doors... the good devs would either quit in the first week once they realize the culture of the company was a lie or get fired within a couple of weeks... absolute terrible company that'll cause a lot of real world problems in the future.. its just sad that nothing can be done about it outside of whistleblow them through the right channels
