it's common sense, trucks can carry much more drugs than even a hundreds of people could, trucks go on roads.... where are these thousands of kilos of drugs being carried on atvs across the desert?

another idiot too stupid to realize the huge importance of california's agriculture has to the rest of the US

pfff, undocumented aliens voting may happen very extremely rarely, but the shot the Republicans pulled in NC with absentee ballots os the real election fraud, Republicans are the ones committing the actual vote rigging

@keitht24 no impact is not true, not substantial impact is more accurate

@eramz56 the money from trade deals goes to businesses, businesses that republicans cut taxes for, that's a pretty inefficient way to pay for something

@benjamin8459 most of the drugs period are going through legal entry points, and as for your claim that most of the human trafficking comes across wherever the 'wall' is supposed to be built is complete bullshit, most human trafficking is also done at legal ports of entry, all you need is to pay off the immigration officials, which is mostly why it costs so much

no it's about allocating resources where they are brat used a wall does nothing to stop the demand of drugs, so it won't do shit in the long run, legalizing and regulating is the only solution same with human trafficking, legalizing prostitution and keeping track of businesses hiring illegal immigrants. fining them for doing so, would do much more to curb the problem than a wall
1
@michaelsatterfield7944 you missed the point dipshit, drugs are getting into prisons even though there are walls, guards, fences, cameras, etc. walls don't do shit
1
@johndeaton7968 they do know it, but they can't stop every single truck going through, it is a matter of resources/feasibility

so the Republican majority congress trump had for two years was controlled by 'the left'....
1
@larrytate1657 legalizing and taxing drugs and using that money for treatment programs is how you solve the drug problem, not a giant construction project trump can give to one of his buddies, that will in the long run do jack shit to curb any drug or human trafficking
1
@dccrazy527 lol, making it harder to traffick drugs and people just increases the money the cartels charge for those services, legalize and regulate is how you take the product out of the control of gangsters, just look at who made money during prohibition

really? someone already built a wall from the pacific ocean to the gulf of mexico and tested it? why am i just hearing about this?
