  2.  @southfence7402  except we meat eaters aren't claiming any ethical or moral high ground to begin with, he's pointing out how that argument used against the meat industry is in this case fallacious

  3.  @southfence7402  i would agree with that, saying animal farming is more benign is definitely agenda driven, his poi t about the amount of small animals killed by combines and the like are fair points that vegans have only ever answered with "but they didn't mean to" which i think is a cop out

  4. and the scavenger birds that feast on the dead voles, mice, lizards, snakes, etc. after a crop is harvested are there for what reason? and would those dead animals have existed in the first place if not given the shelter and food provided by the crops? see what happens when you ask these meaningless questions?

  5.  @callanc3925  ok, so you proved that modern cows and pigs and sheep and goats owe us their lives, and had nothing to say for the millions upon millions of dead snakes, voles, mice, lizards, ground birds, etc. that are murdered by combines? good job

  6.  internet !  they use fillers in a lot of fast food beef, i think less so since it was publicized a few years ago
