  2.  @DrScopey2  everyone I know who has worked retail in the US said they spent the majority of their time returning carts. The reason you only notice it in low income areas is because the stores there can't hire enough staff to keep on top of the carts.

  4. The US just seems to refuse to adopt every common sense solution in retail. Like their cashiers aren't even allowed to sit down and they have to bag the customers goods for some reason. I swear the average American shopper acts like a child.
