Dude your spambot broke, this is a video about the Russian election.

Actually two Russian arms manufacturers have managed to go bankrupt during the war.

I think it's insane that the EU doesn't have any inbuilt mechanism to combat this sorta thing. Like there should be automatic sanctions imposed on EU member states who fail to uphold democracy.

@magicvibrations5180 they usually do have security at the voting booths but they're more there to manage crowds I think.

@Алена-ь5ы7ч lmao there's no fucking way you can walk safely at night anywhere in Russia, especially not as a woman. Don't try to sell us this shit about a country most famous for legalizing domestic abuse.

@Алена-ь5ы7ч lmao they're running in circles around you.

Apparantly disinfectent in Russia just gets sold like that. Idk why the dye is there though but maybe it's just to make it clear that you can't drink it.

@kidgaminggaming5731 According to the facts Russia hasn't improved since the fall of the USSR. It has only just recovered it's GDP (that didn't last long) and it's army went from being feared to being a laughing stock.

I think the qoute went “those who make peaceful protest impossible make violent revolution inevitable”.

Beyond what has been said the government knows what the real result is and can use it as a secret opinion poll to figure out if they're at risk of a revolution. The fact that Putin didn't conduct a mobilization after the vote suggests that he is in fact quite unpopular and his regime is less stable than it appears.

These days it would be service in the Donbass.

@carmellaclarke7050 do you know what an oligarch is?

@HuskyPolitics It's a lot easier to hold elections when the majority of the population can't legally vote. Also Lincoln was told by many to suspend the elections but deliberately decided not to.

Keep fighting for it, democracy is something you need to constantly defend.

I sorta doubt any old people in Denmark could be convinced to do something so drastic. Old people still get scammed but something like this would set off their alarm bells, and I think that'd be the case in most of the west because anything this extreme would sound insane to most people.

@Joe-kq5sw a democracy suspending elections during a war doesn't automatically make it a dictatorship, it's just an acknowledgement that it's kinda hard to hold elections when bombs are raining down on you and a good bit of the country is occupied by genocidal fascists.

Their patriotism is simply so strong that they voted even in death.

@SerGei-hi7wk I think the Kremlbot broke and it meant to say this under a pro-Russian video.
