  3. I’m looking for land on my own to live off grid. Never seem to find anyone interested in doing this as a small group. I’ve lived in a cabin off grid before so I know it suits me. I’ve been learning herbalism , poultry raising and all sorts of other skills over the years. And I have a library that will keep me busy long after any EMP or economic collapse.
