  2. Seattle area is building stack n pack apartments all over. I took video of what is happening in South Park. 5 houses crammed onto what used to be a single family home lot. I was on Queen Ann hill neighborhood recently— I didn’t recognize it. A small lot has a notice on it- 324 units are going to be built on it— 7 stories high in what used to be an area of gracious treelined streets , beautiful old homes and gardens.

  3. Last time I checked, Vancouver was 75% owned by Chinese and they aren’t motivated to rent places out. They just want to own assets as they can’t in China.
