  6. I read a book about visible mending. So I do this to all my jeans now. People think it’s boho chic, floral patches and embroidery. I have a short video called Visible Mending. Now my sister is into it too. I had a hoodie that was getting too many holes but I liked the design on the back. So I cut the back off and I’m stitching it onto a less raggedy hoodie.

  8. I’ve been to 3 funerals a month for boostered people who died suddenly in their sleep. One was 38. A coworker told me her cousin, 53, had a brain aneurysm on Christmas Eve, then died from a stroke days later. No other signs or symptoms. Sudden death seems common. Like Bob Saget. I see people driving through red lights at high speed almost every day, and more crazy driving on the freeway. I wonder if there are more car accidents due to people passing out.

  30. When my father was in a prestigious hospital in NY for an infection problem, the head cardiologist didn’t understand why my father had a pacemaker. He said he obviously never needed it. It led to a cascade of effects that eventually caused his death. So… stay healthy and strong as you can.
