You can put a coffee filter inside the mask also. It mostly serves as a reminder not to touch your face out in public.   9. Austin Walters I read that Liposomal Vitamin C is good. But I couldn’t find locally. I bought 500mg tablets with the idea of taking it in small doses but more often since we excrete the extra. Drink lots of water to keep from getting kidney stones.

  12. Halil Zelenka there are about 4000 compounds in tobacco smoke and at least 60 are known carcinogens. Smoking has so many bad effects as you know. Your dad could try to eat as healthy as possible— foods rich in vitamins, minerals, anti- oxidants. At least take vitamins like E and C, fish oil or flaxseed oil for the omega3s for lung health. There is at least one study that organic wild honey is helpful. Perhaps he could switch to a brand of tobacco that doesn’t have all the chemical additives— American Spirit is one brand.
