  1. I wouldn’t rent out property in Seattle area— A friend rented out his house using an agency that he thought would get the renters. The law is that the agency has to rent to the first people who meet minimum requirements. Turned into a nightmare. They are parking on his beautiful lawn🧐, rolling over the flowers and shrubs, smoking inside, annoying the neighbors.
