  2. It’s already spilled over. Property crime is rampant. The homeless help themselves to whatever they want in the stores and walk out to their camps. One guy walked out of Lowe’s with an armload of machetes and axes, handed them out to his buddies. This was south of the city.

  3. The rent is too high for regular workers even far outside the city. Your car is guaranteed to be broken into on a regular basis too.
