@norwegian blue I just spent 3 days there helping a friend pack up to move. Pearl District. Expensive. Yet tents everywhere, graffiti, empty storefronts, windows covered with plywood, crazy self-talkers on the loose. I really find it hard to believe that condos are priced at 700k. I noticed a lot of units have no lights on.
