  6. It’s pretty nice up here in the mountains among the farms and orchards. Fishing, hiking, bBQs by the river. What I think the average US town could use here is the Mexican-style zocalo.

  10. I don’t think the drills will help much. There is a book called Deep Survival which teaches more of a mindset for life- it’s a great gift for students.

  11. It’s a constitutional republic. You should run for local office or help friends to do so. One of my friends almost won a local office just by talking to people at the local shops, bars and restaurants. Many offices only have one candidate running. It’s amazing.
