  2. Store food and water for your needs for at least a month. Have work gloves and a good crowbar handy- a shed outside your house. Have a tent and a heater and a stove( one burner , at least). Some kind of solar power to run a cell phone and a radio. Always have a go-bag in your car or at work- shoes and jacket so you can get home if the roads are bad, water and energy bars. Have extra because you might need to share. Keep your car’s gas tank topped off. Carry emergency cash- atms might not be functioning. Take a class in First Aid- always useful. Have a first aid kit , have your prescription drugs if you need those. Oregano oil capsules are good as antibiotics. Let me know if you need more ideas.
