  1. Anyone look at how communes have worked out? I’m trying to set up an intentional community so everyone will have time to do their art and to contribute to growing food and running small businesses, educating the children. But a certain number of people are inclined to do the least effort possible and lean on others.

  4.  @ashesll978  they buy property as investment because they can’t really own anything in China. This is why there are so many empty houses and condos in those places and also Portland.
