  1. Pia Salvato people need to take some responsibility. We have been told for years to have supplies for at least 3 days. Just observe what happens before a winter storm— the store shelves are cleared out in hours. That tells me the vast majority are not prepared.

No savings for retirement so you can look forward to retiring in public housing and getting meals from the food bank. Choices.

  21. Are there counties that would be good for me to look? I don’t like cities. I left NY years ago, now Seattle has become a pit. I worked on a lot of places in eastern Washington state, I have lots of skills- but prices are crazy even up by the border.

  24. When I first started looking at Wyoming, there were tracts for $15k in some area, raw land. Those same parcels are now $100 k or more. Without improvements. I think investors bought it all up. I hope the market crashes.

Looks like you’ll just have to tent the cheapest room you can find, call it your physical address, then use that to tent a mailbox. Or you can use a mail forwarding service— nothing is simpler.
