  39. There are so many vehicle dwellers hoping to make money from YouTube and being Amazon affiliates. The market is kinda saturated. Van life plus gas inflation— really adds to the difficulties. Land access getting closed off due to fires - and floods in Yellowstone area. BLM longterm visitor areas are the best choice for those on low budgets— just not a lot of work in that area if you need it. Food prices are not going down. And gas might hit $10 a gallon. That makes it hard to stay on the move. I advise people to look for caretaker positions- the rich have lots of empty properties. Or else they need someone to clean the Air B n Bs. Or just to turn on sprinklers during fire season. I can see the possibility of the government restricting vehicle dwellers in the future, same as they harass the boat dwellers who anchor in the bays of California and Washington.

  41. Buy land. It’s how people stayed alive in the Great Depression. That and boarding houses. Buy into a farm, help a family hold on to their place- give business advice, etc.

  42. You might want to cover the topic of despair and suicide. People are suffering from loss after loss, losing hope. Adverse effects that make life into hell, losing careers, isolation from family for politics , for jab choices. No light at the end of the tunnel, no political party to the rescue, or no hope for having a family. I’m going to a memorial this weekend. We all know what he really died from.

  47. I was at a friends house, tv on the Canadian news channel— they are beating the drum for the “winter cov id pandemic wave”. CBC likes to walkways lead with case numbers , video of arms injected, hospital rooms— just to keep people hysterical.
