  1. Good plan. I’m managing a property and I have a van. I let vanlifers stay off the road here so they can work to save money for land. There’s a 24/7 gym nearby and a laundromat. It’s south of Seattle , not the hood. The winter is not too cold like in the mountains. I’m saving up for land myself. You are going to be fine with vehicle life.
