  1. I’ve never been able to get people to pull together. I saw 40 acres of oceanfront for 1 million. I couldn’t get my family to pull together to buy it. Now it takes one million to buy a cottage in that place, Seabrook. I saw a 7 million dollar marina/resort/restaurant- no one wanted to go for it. It sold the next year for 21 million with no improvements made. Now I just want to buy land by myself for cash. Heck with it.

  2. Who plays on the weekend? That’s for laundry, grocery shopping, cleaning, food prep- that you are too tired to do on weekdays.

  7. If the govt didn’t take half for taxes and fees on everything we own and buy- a “job” might be worth it. But it isn’t gonna happen. I do lots of side hustles and cobble an income together. But if you don’t want to work hard at that, stay in your job and do only the basics, give nothing extra. Coast. Because bad times are ahead.
