  2. And physical health. A coworker spent 2 1/2 years recovering from the J and J. 4 months in hospital, experimental treatments. Still not at 100% yet.

  3. Try to find a naturopathic doctor- work on nutrition and meditation. One friend did well by going to an ayahuasca retreat- got rid of all addictions but it wasn’t pleasant facing himself so intensely. But it broke the physical addiction to the chemicals.
