  1. Just returned from Portland. A friend sold her studio condo for 450k— surrounded by homeless and tents in the surrounding blocks. 😂 Another one is for sale in that building for almost 700k. Boggles the mind. The place looks like a prison. I looked around the other buildings at night. Looked like half the places were not lived in, no lights. All investments???

  4. Ahhh. I camped in Acadia National spark as a youngster, hiked in the mountains and along the shore. It is still vivid for me.
