  1. I read about some young people who rented office space to live in. The rules were you had to dress like office workers entering and leaving. Worked like dorm life. There was a 24 hour gym nearby, plenty of take-out places.

  2. It’s doable. All the window areas are public spaces, perhaps divided into gym, lounge, library, desk areas. Inside apartments can have “windows” as I have seen in underground level offices— built like a window with frosted glass and adjustable lighting. Won’t work with present codes. China just divides up space with chain link fencing.
