  1.  @peaceforlife.2896  I'm in the Hamptons and Montauk right now. There are people buying up properties just for rentals. They don't live here full-time and participate in the communities year round- except to vote against anything that might affect their property value. in winter, this is the only house for blocks with any lights on.
