I think Sarah is doing the honorable thing by not disclosing a name. If I had a job like that, I would consider the employer’s right to privacy as extremely important. How else could you expect to be entrusted with the details of their lives? I read a book called You’ll Never Nanny in This Town Again- I didn’t think it was right to reveal inside details of a family— there was no court case. Those children and their friends would read that.
