  2. Try the vanlife. Put stuff in storage, downsize. Lots of NYers are moving to pA and Florida and TN. Buy land- lower taxes, grow food. Look up Ice Age Farmer for reasons. Consider the West- Idaho, Wyoming, Dakotas. Or create community— that’s my plan. Buying huge piece of land, put in well, etc. People can come and go but have a foothold.
