  1. I went to a doctor, got the 15 minute consult and prescription. The nurse came in afterwards and asked me what was going on in my life, the stresses, wrote down a list of books to read— basically showing me I had to be my own advocate and researcher. I had to take responsibility. Bless her heart.

  2. Dave Debang-bang wow. That’s a hard life. Cannabis can help with some of those things- by themselves. I’m just thinking of people I know. One guy takes something harsh once a week on a Friday for MS, eats some cbd cookies to alleviate the side effects. I only know one young woman with Crohns— on a super strict diet- very difficult. A naturopath doctor might have some ideas for alleviating symptoms without adding to your prescription burden.

  3. Cbd oil worked for my friend’s daughter. It doesn’t get her high. It’s a specially grown strain. It’s worth investigating further.

  4. Being poor has a silver lining for me😂. I do my own research. I try harder to eat healthy and exercise because I can’t take drugs to make up for not trying.

  6. KarlsburgReview look into diets that are free of corn and wheat— mostly gmo. I cut out corn , now I’m trying to cut out all wheat. Ain’t easy. Fibromyalgia is hellish.
