Even if so what you said , ground level army personnel never informed the actual plan , mostly they receive morale booster like control of kiev in 3-4 days... 30+ NATO member supply weapon to Ukraine but still Russia gaining ground, Eventually they will occupy the donbas ( west know it ) ... We witnessed how world no 1 military fled from Taliban ( fighting with dagger and pistol 🤣)... I think Russian military doing excellent... Yes if warmonger west stop supply weapon to Ukraine it will take few months to invade Ukraine, i believe...

@maple8859 if Ukranine counterattack , it may loose kiev again... Its much easier to defend than attack... Regarding Russia it has still enormous number of ammunition, missile, money to carry war for years... Come to reality, beyond puppet media... In last six months Russia not stop supplying weapon to us ( India) for single time , infact its increased by 20%...just imagine if you have common sense... Russia still have capability to occupy entire Ukraine when weapon is concerned but it lacks manpower , so retreated ...
