Attacking Moscow clearly implies frustration of zelensky in counteroffensive failure... 20+k Ukranian troops died without any significant gain... ground troops denying to advance because of massive losses , but zelensky and top army leadership sideling death toll ,To gain something at any cost !! But attacking Moscow will further strengthen Putin, because he can go for another mobilization, with good justification this time...
