Will you accept if Russia donate its nukes to iran, syria, afganistan, Belarus, Venezuela, Serbia, North Korea etc, these are also sovereign country... USA in the name of NATO already supplied nukes to 27 country by default (NATO clause)!!! Who is the aggressor???
